Ask a Question
  • Hi, Is this available for shipment now ? If not, how long is the current backorder wait time?

    Hi Mason,

Still backordered unfortunately, we have been receiving the odd camera here and there, but they are just going to fulfill people who have paid in advance.
I believe they will be backordered for a while, best thing is to get deposit or full payment down and get your name in the queue. I know it is hard without a specific date in sight, so I do apologise, however we have very little clarity on the timeline for this one unfortunately.

    Kind regards,

    Vizcom Team

  • Hello, can you please confirm you can get stock for the blackmagic pocket 4k in 7-10 days? I currently have ordered elsewhere but have been told months. If you can get it in a week i'll switch my order to you. Thanks.

Hi Glen,  My apologies - the "7 - 10 days" is a default text that is applied to our online items that we are running low on stock of, or are awaiting re-stocking. In this case, the "7 - 10 days" ETA would be a great time line, as we, like various other dealers have a number on backorder that we have no immediate arrival date given from Blackmagic unfortunately. I understand the 7 - 10 day text might be a give customers a bit more hope than actual reality, so I have changed the product to a "inquire" form - until Blackmagic start shipping stock in Australia.  If we can help with any other video production items or pricing please let us know. Kind regards Vizcom web store team.

  • Hello, I want to know if the BMPCC4 is ready to ship. Thx

Unfortunately - we have a number of Pocket Cinema Cameras on backorder with no arrival date as of yet.  We will update the product page as soon as Blackmagic start shipping into Australia.
